Introduction: Multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) are rare including MEN1:association of pituitary, pancreatic and parathyroid tumors and MEN 2 regrouping NEM2a: medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), pheochromocytoma and parathyroid tumor and NEM2b with ganglioneuromas.
